Functions:  
1. Dual Map Function
The system software provides two pictures. The big picture shows all the information of the system, and the small picture shows partial enlarged information. During the detection, employees can clearly see whether the real silk screen is consistent, prevent the eyes from seeing wrong, and improve the detection efficiency.


2. Automatically generate the detection program
The system software can automatically identify customer BOM, coordinate file and PDF location map, and define different analysis rules for different customer BOM forms, so as to be compatible with various BOM forms. The detection program can be generated in about three minutes. During detection, the optimal path will be automatically screened, marked with dotted lines in the circuit diagram, and then improved with voice broadcast, greatly improving the detection efficiency.

3. Component screen printing, direction, polarity automatic recognitionFor IC chips, diodes, triodes and resistors containing characters. Through the optical system technology for automatic comparison, automatic determination of screen printing, direction, polarity. In addition, the resistance above 0402 can be detected by OCR with one key, and there is no need to make component template.

4. Automatically judge the detection result
The system software receives the high-definition pictures from the scanner and the detection data of the digital bridge, and automatically makes the judgment PASS or FALL.

5. Automatic report generation
After the test is completed, the test report will be generated automatically, and the document can be exported in PDF format, which can be archived, printed and sent by email for easy circulation and use by customers in the future process audit factory.

6. DTC Function
LCR adds the DCT gear, which can intelligently assist to complete the LED positive and negative power lighting detection, diode positive and negative detection and other functions.

7. Component query retrieval
The software supports a variety of retrieval methods, such as showing or finding undetected components, NG components, or a certain material number.
