This machine is mainly used for online printing the solder paste on the PCB board,then deliver it to the downstream machines of the production line.

1.Micro-computer controlled with touch screen display and menu operation interface
2.Floated scraper(The scraper could randomly float upside and down with automatically adjusting the horizontal position to the steel mesh)
3.Adjustable the pressure of the scraper(Adjust the pressure from the scraper to the steel mesh according to the scrape length of different types)
4.Configured with variable frequency drive speed-governing system for providing the steady operation of the scrape
5.Would require double hands to press the "start" button for operation for the operator safety concern
6.Independently set the up-stopping time or down-stopping time for the steel mesh through the menu of touch screen
7.The fixing method for the PCB board features the datum hole positioning,datum side position with datum hole and side simultaneously positioning and stencil positioning etc.
8.The touch screen features time display function,automatic counting function of printing with screen protection function
9.With the function of adjustable scraper speed and emergency stop
10.Printing modes: Single time,double times,second operation(Optional at menu set)
11.Printing operation status: Full automatic/Semi-automatic/manual-operated
12.Iron casted working station for the stable operation without any shaking issues.
13.The lifting of the platform adopts the closed-loop of stepper motor and stepper driver
