The SD-825 SMT board handling PCB loader has the following features:
1. Frame structure: the sheet metal structure and aluminum profile frame of the SD-825 SMT board handling PCB loader is painted white.
2. Control system: it adopts PLC control system with automatic fault diagnosis which can be operated through touch screen.
3. Alarming function: it will alarm with flickering LED light when fault occurs.
4. The lifting step distance of rack or feeder can be adjusted according to the thickness of PCB board.
5. It has the function of automatic counting for convenient production statistics.
6. There is board clamping design after the loading of the PCB board, so that the board will not be pushed broken. Thus the production capability can be increased.
