1200 Semi-automatic Printing Machine
Features:
1.Microcomputer control, touch screen display, menu operation interface;
2. Floating blade.(similar to the automatic MPM printing machine, the scraper can float up and down freely and automatically adjust the level with the stencil);
3. The pressure of the scraper can be adjusted (the pressure of the scraper on the steel mesh can be adjusted according to the length of the scraper of different types);
4. Equipped with frequency converter speed control system, the blade running speed is stable;
5. The work operation is operated by two-hand button switch, which is safe and reliable;
6. The touch screen menu can independently set the pause time of the steel mesh as a whole;
7. The positioning and fixing methods of the PCB board include reference hole positioning, reference edge positioning and reference hole reference edge simultaneous positioning, template positioning and other different precise positioning forms;
8.The time display function in the touch screen, the automatic counting function of printing times, and the screen protection function;
9. It has adjustable blade speed and emergency stop safety function;
10. Printing mode: single, double, secondary (optional menu setting);
11. Printing working status: automatic / semi-automatic / jog three printing status (menu setting optional);
12. Large cast-iron bench works smoothly without shaking.
