This Dual Track Conveyor with Cooling Fan can be used for connection between SMT lines. It can also be used for  buffering, cooling, testing of PCB Board.
 

 

 

Product features

1. The precision screw rod is widened to ensure that the transport rails are parallel to each other.
2. It adopts professional wear-resistant anti-static flat belt and special aluminum profile guide rail to ensure smooth connection and stable transportation;
3. Standard with signal connectors for online connection to other devices
4. Cooling fans are added at the top, which can cool the PCB board quickly.
5. According to customer requirements, we can make conveyor with different lengths of guide rails.
6. Equipped with anti-static rubber to better prevent static electricity;
7. The transfer motor uses an adjustable 42*48 extended stepping motor
8. Photoelectric switch using Hufeng round photoelectric, durable
9. The flat belt transmission wheel is driven by double bearings and is stable without harming the belt
10. The two ends of the conveyor guide rail are processed into the diverging shape, and the PCB is sent in and out of the conveyor smoothly without shaking
11. Adjustment width adopts the double set of wire rod, dual-track independent control, convenient operation.
