SD-8350 SMT PCB Vacuum Suction Loader
Features:
1. Used for the beginning of SMT production, after receiving the signal of the lower position machine, the stacked PCB boards are sucked up and sent to the track guide and sent to the next machine.

3. The top safety cover can be opened for easy handling of the machine hardware during maintenance.

5. Robust balanced width adjustment (hand crank control screw adjustment).

7. The control system is controlled by Panasonic PLC, the operation interface adopts touch screen and is equipped with automatic alarm system.
8. The frame structure is made of sheet metal welding, surface painting treatment, color human-machine interface window.
9. The lifting mechanism adopts the brake motor lifting setting, the step size is adjustable, which effectively shortens the board time, and can stack up to 300 PCBs (0.6 mm thick circuit board).
10. The transfer structure adopts stepping motor transfer mode, starting and stopping can be set by acceleration and deceleration, the conveying is stable, and it is not easy to punch.
11. Equipped with a standard SMEMA signal port for online connection to any other device.
