The SD-833 SMT board handling PCB loader is mainly used in the front part of the SMT production line, which can transport the PCB board to the following automatic solder paste printing machine, placement machine and some other equipment sets. It has the function of automatic board loading which can save labor cost, improve production efficiency and increase yield of products.

1. Frame structure: the sheet metal structure and aluminum profile frame of the SD-833 SMT board handling PCB loader is painted white.
2. Control system: it adopts PLC control system with automatic fault diagnosis which can be operated through touch screen.
3. Alarming function: it will alarm with flickering LED light when fault occurs.
4. The lifting step distance of rack or feeder can be adjusted according to the thickness of PCB board.
5. It has the function of automatic counting for convenient production statistics.
