1.Programmable Spatial Light Modulation
The original PSLM can emulate the cycle of the grating by using software.This method greatly improves the accuracy and scope of application by abolishing the mechanical drive and transmission parts, avoiding mechanical wear and maintenance expenses.
2.Phase Measurement Profilometry
Through the phase modulation of full shade, we can provide a high detection resolution (0.37um), 4-8 times sampling ensures high repeatability. Perfect detection performances can be reached with high precision screw and guide rail.
3.3D Diffuse Lighting
Using of synchronization structure light perfectly solves the shaded affect in solder paste inspection. Using a dimensional RGB light source in combination with high contrast we are able to perfectly work with any substrate. This includes black substrates, ceramic substrates, and also 2D/3D color images of the paste.
4.Active RGB 2D Light Source
Patented RGB Tune function takes Red, Green and Blue images and with unique filter algorithm, solving false alarms in solder bridge detection as well as uncertainty in finding the surfaces relative zero. RGB Tune is also responsible for providing the 2D/3D measurements and displaying images of the printed solder paste.
5.Z Axis Real Time Dynamic Tracking And Telecentric Static Vision Compensation Capability
The characteristics of PSLM provide the real-time dynamic tracking on the PCB warpage change, and perfectly solve the problems of flexible circuit boards and PCB warpage.
6.5 Minutes Programming And One Press Operation
Engineers of all levels can independently program quickly and accurately through importing Gerber module and the friendly programming interface. Our one press operation is designed to greatly reduce the training pressure put on operators.
7.Powerful Static Process Control Software
Real-time SPC information display, can provide powerful quality control to the users. The complete variety of SPC tools will simply catch the eyes of users. Different export formats are also available.
