Application:
1. This machine adopts Japan imported Panasonic PLC and Dalian Science and Technology temperature control module to independently control, display three temperature curves at any time, four independent temperature measurement interfaces, which can accurately judge the temperature of multiple points of the chip, thus ensuring good soldering of the chip.
2. Three temperature zones are independently heated, and each heating zone can independently set heating temperature, heating time and temperature rising slope; six heating temperature zones, simulating reflow heating mode, respectively, can set [preheating, heat preservation, temperature rise, welding, Reflow, cooling].
3. This machine is equipped with automatic feeding, sucking and discharging functions; it can automatically identify the center position of the chip when it is in position;
4. Multi-function mode selection, there are four modes of "welding, unloading, placement, manual", which can realize automatic and semi-automatic functions.
5. Select high-precision K-type thermocouple closed-loop control imported from the United States, and use the unique heating method adopted by our company to ensure the welding temperature difference is ±1 °C.
6. This machine adopts imported optical alignment system with 15-inch high-definition display; X/Y/R axis adjustment is adopted with high-precision micrometer; ensure the alignment accuracy is controlled at 0.01-0.02mm.
7. Side monitoring camera for tin ball melting observation of the solder ball, easy to determine the curve and welding effect; (this function is optional).
