1 .Application:
       
    The 800XL SMT reflow soldering machine is a main equipment produced by Shengdian. It can be widely used for SMD soldering and fixing in SMT workshop for PCB board assembly, LED packaging, LED screen display, mobile phone motherboard, computer motherboard, safety control motherboard, electronic products etc. It can realize precise and stable temperature control in order to achieve fast and even soldering.

It can be used for the following components: 0805, 0603, 0402, 0201, 01005 small component CSP, BGA, single-sided, dual-sided PCB board.
3. Main functions:

        The 800XL SMT reflow soldering machine can be used to solder the electronic parts and components such as BGA, various types of IC, QFN, resistor, capacitor, diode etc. onto LED screen display and LED substrate.

 4. Working principle:
   
          It can melt the printed solder paste on the PCB substrate and then fix the components on the substrate by precise positioning of reflow soldering.
5.Product features:
(1). It adopts LCD computer+automatic control system, so that it can realize precise temperature control within ±1ºC. If the computer crashed unexpectedly, it can still realize offline production without affecting the production.
(2). It adopts Windows XP and Win7 operating interface which is simple and has the function of one-key reset.
(3). The opening of the top stove cap adopts duplex cylinder hydraulic lifting rod to ensure safety and reliability. So the stove can be opened while there is no voltage.
(4). It is equipped with tension device for the chain to ensure smooth and stable PCB transport without jitter and shape change.
(5). The electronic component reflow soldering machine is equipped with synchronic track transport device to realize online connection with automatic placement machine and automatic board unloader.
