      SD-1200 High precision solder paste printing machine is using steel structure, alluminum alloy platform combination with SIEMENS PLC full color touching screen, Delta frequency converter, stable,reliable, convenient and easy to operate, it's an indispensable equipment in SMT process.

1,Microcomputer control, touch screen display, menu operation interface. 
2,Squeegee floating. (Similar to the MPM automatic printing machine, the squeegee can float up 
and down freely and adjust the level with the stencil automatically). 
3,Squeegee pressure can be adjusted (according to the length of different models of squeegee to 
adjust the squeegee pressure on the stencil); 
4,Equipped with frequency converter speed control system, the scraper running speed is stable. 
5,The working operation adopts two-hand key switch operation, safe and reliable. 
6,The overall up-stop down-stop time of the stencil can be set independently within the touch 
screen menu. 
7,PCB board positioning and fixing methods have a reference hole positioning, reference edge 
positioning and reference hole reference edge positioning at the same time, template positioning and 
many other different forms of precise positioning. 
8,The touch screen is equipped with a time display function,an automatic counting function for the 
number of prints, and a screen protection function; 
9,It is equipped with adjustable scraper speed function and emergency stop safety function; 
10,Printing mode: single, double, second start (menu setting optional); 
11,Printing working status: automatic/semi-automatic/spotting three printing status (menu settingoptional).
